Made 3-4 knots under all sail. Passing Tangier Island which seems to be a center for oysters and crabs. Saw many crab lines in this shallow water
Passed Tangier Light House at 12:25. Wait under power to Wicomico [[strikethrough]] where [[/strikethrough]] into Cockrell Creek. Huge, ugly brown fish, marine factories and steam trawler with lookout on masts for sighting

shoals of Menhaden on the Capes. Big reels of fishnets near the factories 
The latter sending out unpleasant penetrating fish smell. Water brown and muddy. Whole neighborhood unpleasant 
At Reedville is a dock where filled in gasoline and bought some groceries. Also well provided hardware store. Glass cabin launch Heather bell of Boston [[strikethrough]] ( [[/strikethrough]] on the wharf going to Florida. Went for anchor in River on the left of dock in first bend of river. [[strikethrough]] Surroun [[/strikethrough]] Good shelter and surrounding less unpleasant but a boat had just come in with a catch of fish and the wind sent the smell unpleasantly into our boat.
