during the trial we had found in the testimony of their own witnesses plenty of evidence that they were infringing several other patents of ours and that we intended to sue them further as soon as occasion warrants it. 
That the suit against Insulate was only a forerunner so as to establish legally the validity of some of our main patents. Personally I did not much cherish the thought of fighting and quarreling and patent suits. But if fight I must I would carry it on to the bitter end.
