some of them might be given new appointments to show their qualifications in shifting them to new departments already existing or to be created.
That Gordon had no contract and his case would have to be considered on its own merits but as far as I knew my business associates seemed to have a good opinion of him. to keep all what I had said to themselves and not commit themselves beyond stating that an arrangement of the patent situation had been reached but that they were unable to give further details until they themselves had been informed more in detail.
