I have Rossi in executive committee, and that bye-laws be made so that executive committee does not have to be made up by directors. I told to Hamman & Schleussner my aim was to prepare for young blood in this company. That there is a possibility before another 10 years are gone Karpen, Hamman, Kirk Brown and myself may be all dead, and at any rate we shall be considerably older and less fit 
Therefore I want the executive committee on our side to be made up of young men who get in the habit of exercizing their judgement, subject however to the veto of the board of directors which myself and R&H group

At 2 P.M. Kirk Brown came to me to discuss what policy for office and selling. Told him this matter is in their hands for advice.
