Then Redman joined us. He seems to think we ought to start by exchanging description of different technical processes so that each technical staff should have chance to study advantages or disadvantages and compare efficiencies in production so as to adopt the best processes. Told him that such a step altho desirable for the future would entail much work because description alone is not sufficient if not supplemented by actual practice and following a process in all its practical details. That this is not the time when everything else claims prior attention
