some of the Baskerville Oil process plants and gave me the history of the case.

Seabury tells me that Beams of Westinghouse Co. had approached him again as to possible [[?dicker]] or sale of his company and [[strikethrough]] on order [[/strikethrough]] probably, in order to frighten him, had told of our merger that I was out of it, and that Redman [[strikethrough]] was goin [[/strikethrough]] and Kirk Brown were at the head of the new company hence his contracts (Boonton Rubber Co) might not be respected in the same way.
Told Seabury in presence of Townsend that Beams had lied and that G. B. Co controls situation.
