Told him all details of our long work extending over more than ten years for solving the problem of a [[red underline]] transparent bakelite of permanent color [[/red underline]] 
Told him the full history of our unsuccesses and how we overcame them. Showed them samples in the [[barn?]] and in the laboratory and discussed general plans for handling the subject in a commercial scale.
Showed him also many other samples of past work and gave detailed account of [[red underline]] our work on paper, bakelite and how it could be utilized [[/red underline]] also about cold molding 
Then discussed many other matters relating to present conditions I believe we shall get along splendidly his tendencies and
