Jan 21. (Sunday) A [[red underline]] lovely Sunday spent in walking. [[/red underline]] The Boulevards are thronged with walkers and tooting automobiles
Jan 22. Went to Exchange $200 in Gold at the bank. The exchange is less than for paper. After returning home I find the [[red underline]] lightheaded Frenchman has given me 1000 francs too [[/red underline]]
