Then Directors meeting Kirk Brown present. Protests against not declaring extra dividends. Told them this matter will be considered before end of year. [[strkethrough]] He wants [[/strikehrough]] He says this does not satisfy him. proposes resolution to that effect. Nobody seconds his resolution so it is lost. He also wants all the stock holders informed about affairs of the company. Everybody tells him this is not practice nor necessary and dangerous for our affairs. That any stock-holder who wants information should apply to treasurer and can get it individually. Kirk Brown gets mad as usually

He says he speaks in the interest of the stockholder! The old hypocrite! He who maltreated Mrs Aylsworth and tried to swindle her out of her stock. Very short formal meting. He has too long been an obstructionist the only one amongst all directors or officers who does not play the game in the right spirit our unanimous decision to fire him if he does not leave voluntarily.
