June 24.  Went to see new sailing pram now under construction, then went to discuss lug sail with Miller
Got [[red underline]] official notification from Belgian Government and cross and [[strikethrough]] order [[/strikethrough]] ribbon of Commander of Order of Leopold [[/red underline]]
June 25. Left for [[red underline]] Toronto with Redman [[/red underline]] at 8:26 P.M from Harmon.  He had taken [[red underline]] Bishop [[/red underline]] his salesman in England along.
Was home all day. Hot and very sultry. 85◦ F then violent rain and thunder squall just before I left

June 26.  Arrive [[red underline]] Toronto [[/red underline]].
   Hotel crowded by conventions but got finally good room.  Went to have long talk with [[red underline]] Rod Miller about PhD for Redman.  He promises me to [[/red underline]] complete the formalities which had been neglected, [[strikethrough]] unless and so that [[/strikethrough]] unless he finds red tape prevents it.
[[strikethrough]] June 27. Went to visit Emilias Jorvis North [[/strikethrough]]
Afternoon went to visit plant of [[red underline]] Electroplat Co. [[/red underline]] made a good impression altho' they are still losing money.  Men at the head seem all right.  Coating machine for laminated paper and [[strikethrough]] huge [[/strikethrough]] enormous hydraulic press (12000$) are now in working order and good looking samples are presented to me in full size sheets.
