[[\underline]]  I can easily bring this about by exercizing my rights and vote my stock accordingly and leave Rossi or Townsend or both out.  I [[underline]] told to Rossi [[\underline]] and [[underline]] Townsend that as long as they remain alive [[\underline]] this does not worry me.  But that nobody can foresee [[?ply]] about such an event, and that in the meantime I am at their mercy.  I explained also to [[underline]] Hayes, who realizes my position.
