Jan 19.  In court early.  Judge Morris, has excellent reputation, seems intelligent and keenly follows.
Pond, Norris, McCormick on defendants.  [[underline]] Davis [[\underline]] of [[underline]] Pennie, Davis & Co [[\underline]] conducting case.
[[underline]] Schrimpe, Bender and O'Neill [[\underline]] then [[underline]] Ralph Mckee [[\underline]] testifying on analysis of the billard balls.  Then I follows as expert witness.  All afternoon further witnesses.  [[underline]] Bender [[\underline]] has made some additional analyses last night in Perth Amboy and arrives with results at noon.
