Also the probable advantages of the Co+H3 synthesis of mechanical process which [[underline]] can be operated [[/underline]] anywhere and does not involve bye-products of chlorine manufacture, and probably is cheaper. [[underline]] Redman claims Carter's process is cheaper but is note quite sure of his figures. [[/underline]] I suggest [[underline]] the matter should be discussed further [[/underline]] in presence of [[underline]] Carter [[/underline]] and if we go into this we [[underline]] should not arouse resentment [[/underline]] of R&H and limit our production to our own consumption and not become competitors with [[underline]] hexa [[/underline]] against R&H in the open market.
