[[underline]] Yale Club [[/underline]] in honor of [[underline]] Harry Pidgeon who receives the Blue Water Medal for his cruise around the world [[/underline]] alone in his 32 ft. yawl. Numerous gathering of real yachtsmen. [[underline]] Pidgeon is about 55, simple and direct [[/underline]] of boyish appearance notwithstanding his gray hair and gave an excellent account of his experiences. [[underline]] (See Yachting) [[/underline]] His [[underline] sincere, unaffected [[/underline]] ways good nature and [[strikethrough]] nature [[/strikethrough]] winning natural smile explain why he could go around the world [[strikethrough]] and [[/strikethrough]] [[underline]] without cash [[/underline]] and make friends everywhere. Great enthusiasm. Very pleasant evening. [[underline]] George B [[/underline]] was my guest and seemed to [[underline]] enjoy it as much. [[/underline]]
