Almost all trees ^[[trees]] of [[underline]] Fairchild had been uprooted [[/underline]] even small oranges but his colored caretaker had them straightened. One one [[underline]] Royal Palm was knocked down
In examining all these properties I came to the conclusion that [[strikethrough]] the [[/strikethrough]] any house which is build below the ridge on low ground or filled in ground is exposed to be flooded by any hurricane, unless it be built on solid steel or concrete foundation at least 10 feet high and allowing unobstructed [[/underline]]
