[[underline]] Feb 20. [[/underline]] Warmer. Planting 2 rows of large sisals bought from Black's place so as to serve as border of straight [[strikethrough]] roads [[/strikethrough]] middle road to harbor steps. Excellent effect

Light and short rain then clearing. Celine and myself visited on Houseboat Yacht [[underline]] Lanai, of Mrs. A. Curtis James, [[/underline]] starting from their place "Four Way Lodge". [[strikethrough]] to to acros Bisca [[/strikethrough]] across Biscayne Bay to landing and harbor of W J. Malleson's Island
This is the annual Washington Celebration of the Biscayne Yacht Club with a [[underline]] fish chowder party. Commadore A. Curtis James navigated the Yacht [[/underline]] other guests: Alvord, Dr & Mrs. Jeffrey, Dr & Mrs Fairchild, Mrs Todd, Mrs Deering, Dr. Rev. Kuykendall and Mr. K ^[[Mr Semple & wife]]and many other pleasant people.
