That I was transferring on the books [[underlined in red]] all Bakelite stock [[/underlined in red]] to me with intention of putting all my [[underlined in red]] Bakelite stock in a Trust Fund as a block [[/underlined in red]] [[strikethrough]] and [[/strikethrough]] so that during my life time I would have complete control over it but [[underlined in red]] intended to designate George as my successor as representing this block of stock

In this way George B. after I am dead or retired would manage the Bakelite stock [[strikethrough]] and [[/strikethrough]] for the benefit of whoever is my heir but would then receive [[strikethrough]] a percen [[/strikethrough]] besides any salary he may get as officer a percentage of the yearly net earnings of this stock, for his services as managing trustee. [[/underlined in red]] In this way he would [[underlined in red]] not be interfered with neither by his mother, nor Nina nor George Roll nor anybody who would want to meddle in things [[underlined in red]] they did not know enough about. [[underlined in red]] This would give him the responsibility of management without any outside interference. If circumstances permit it I shall try to get again control of the company [[/underlined in red]]
