Then long talk with [[red underline]] Horn, [[/red underline]] telling him he should make only [[red underline]] one balance sheet [[/red underline]] and no copies in the future. Says this is what he does [[red underline]] but George Roll ordered a copy of it which the latter submitted to Hamman 
Wrote letter to Karpen [[/red underline]] in which I advised to [[red underline]] offer 360$ [[/red underline]] per share for R&H stock
