Declared [[underlined]] dividend 20% [[/underlined]] in view that we [[underlined]] have over one million of uninvested funds, due to liquidation [[/underlined]] of our large stock of phenol and ready made goods. [[strikethrough]] As we have besid [[/strikethrough]] aside from earnings which have been better than last year altho' we are [[underlined]] losing money on all our products except varnish, [[strikethrough]] moldin [[/strikethrough]] resins and Halowax. The latter is bringing in excellent profits [[/underlined]] - will be over [[underlined]] 350000$ net this year; [[/underlined]] we also have our German and English dividends and [[underlined]] excellent dividends from Autopoint.[[/underlined]] Prospects are that by the end of the year we [[underlined]] shall have [[strikethrough]] been [[/strikethrough]] earned net of between 33% and 40% per share.
