All he should do is to behave as Berliss, be cheerful, not meddle; do what he is asked to do and not bore the others and everything would be well and specially stop worrying unnecessarily and smile once in a while, and get it out of head that George Baekeland or myself or anybody tries to be unfriendly to him. that he intended to serve.  That his help and advice wold be as in the past of great use to B.C.  That they had enough stock yet with their friends to be elected and that they represented the interests of their friends abroad etc.  He evidently is not aware that with my own stock and the proxies of all my friends and the proxy of Rogers he does not have enough stock.
