1/ Have [[underlined]] voluntarily [[/underlined]] given up 2 directors, while they are entitled to one! - They evidently do not count right and could never have carried the vote without Alien Property Custodian and Rogers, and Founterleny and Banthen shares.
2/ They [[underlined]] have [[red underlined]] given [[/red underlined]] up [[/underlined]] [[red underlined]] Frankel [[/red underlined]] as Assistant Treasurer. As if they had any rights thereto.

We send our best men to them to advise them, to help them and [[red underlined]] it would be an act of lunacy if we sent them in a bill for services.[[/red underlined]]
I told to Hays that we thought we did a fine gesture in offering [[red underlined]] ^[[Schleussner]] [[strikethrough]] them [[/strikethrough]] $8000.[[/red underlined]] If they protested nevertheless [[red underlined]] then our obvious [[/red underlined]] duty was [[red underlined]] to offer them nothing.[[/red underlined]] They might just as well be disgruntled for nothing as for $8000.
