He argues that only 2 sites should be considered all the others being objectionable. From the two sites [[underlined in red]] Bound Brook [[\underlined in red]] and [[underlined in red]] Cold Spring, [[\underlined in red]] thinks the latter more advantageous if Central office remains in New York.  [[underlined in red]] We sent a joint telegram to George B to that effect urging prompt action [[\underlined in red]] and unanimous approval. [[underlined in red]] Rossi [[\underlined in red]] seems to be [[underlined in red]] the only one against Cold Spring. [[\underlined in red]]
