[[red underlined]] Any advice [[/red underlined]] I give him, he is likely to make me responsible for in case things do not turn out as he wants them, whether the result is due to his own fault or to other circumstances.  I intend to [[red underlined]] treat him sincerely as a friend but shall [[strikethrough]] ?? If he makes a success, let him justly claim credit for it for himself alone, and if he continues blundering let him have no excuse of putting the blame on others

The simple, dignified retirement of [[red underlined]] Coolidge [[/red underlined]] who represents ^[[the]] quiet calm unperturbed worker, ever
