This afternoon meeting at Chemists Club of Trustees of Chemist Club Building Company to ratify radical proposal posed last Friday by Trustees of Chemists Club who want to rebuild the Club and mortgage property for 135000$ more. [[red underline]] Dr. Downs [[/red underline]] the only trustee in favor and was outvoted by all the others, Wagner presiding Zinner, Metzger, Baldwin Robinson all against.
