My progress since then has been by hard streneous work, and simple and steady. [[red underline]] None of my children, [[strikethrough]] who [[/strikethrough]] can grasp what it means to get thru such a period. [[/red underlined]]

[[red underline]] Unanimously concluded not to give in and cable him to this effect. [[/red underlined]] Rossi [[strikethrough]] cables [[/strikethrough]] wrote the cablegram suggested [[strikethrough]] Aug [[/strikethrough]] The [[red underline]] real trouble will [[/red underlined]] begin now with [[red underline]] both Germany and France aroused against us [[/red underlined]] jointly and France and Germany quarreling amongst themselves. Just
