My rules for Carbide merger [[/red underline]]

as follows:
1/ In order to prevent the usual result of mergers in regard to the dismissal or change of status of able faithful and competent employees, before their new superiors have had time to become familiarized with their merits and their value in the general organisation and program of the corporation the [[red underline]] following rules are adopted: [[/red underline]]
2/ Existing employment contracts shall be respected
3/ The status of employees shall not be altered except with the consent of majority of those directors of Bakelite Corporation who are at present directors and are ^[[now]] actively and exclusively engaged in the business of B.C.
