Henry Howard brought [[red underline]] Count von Lückner,[[/red underline]] the famous [[red underline]] "Sea-Devil" here. [[/red underline]] See his book. One of the Romances of the War with his ship in which he captured many ships around the world [[red underline]] never killed an enemy [[/red underline]] and [[red underline]] made friends of all his captives.[[/red underline]] A very [[red underline]] charming, cheerful, spontaneous chap.
