Should be end of March or beginning April.
The [[red underline]] new panel exposure racks are up on upper garden. [[/red underline]] and panels exposed. The harbor exposure rack is being erected another bunch of letters of patent department asking my decision about [[red underline]] renewal of several Foreign patents, [[/red underline]] some referring to decision on dates as near as March 5. (!). all this due to delay or laxity either in New York or in Bloomfield. - Protested again.
