Ges. does not give us the "control" which we imagined we had by means of our 51% scrip it would be difficult

for us to enforce any action to remove the funds or place them into bonds or other securities. - Furthermore the political and financial situation at present in Germany is so [[red underline]] uncertain and kaleidoscopic that I am helpless to advise consistently anything better at present. [[/red underline]] Specially in view of the unanimous opinion of such men as Dr. Strauss and more particularly Dr. Weger. The total dividends to be distributed after paying 2000 Mks to each member of the [[strikethrough]] pu [[/strikethrough]] supervising board is 2000 R.M. = [[red underline]] (about 400$) [[/red underline]]
