[[left margin in red]] Urea patent situation [[/left margin]]
[[underlined]] Dec. 6 [[//underlined]] Long discussion about [[red underlined]] Urea patent [[/red underlined]] situation with [[red underlined]] Ripper [[/red underlined]].
[[underlined]] Dec 7. [[/underlined]] Long meeting concerning Patent situation of Urea [[red underlined]] Barnes presiding. [[/red underlined]] Present [[red underlined]] Ripper, Wieth, Redman, Bender, Shaw, Schmidt, Shannon etc. Dodson. [[/red underlined]] I came in now and then to listen between by other occupations. Verdict: [[red underlined]] Barnes [[/red underlined]] says we have [[red underlined]] 75% chance not to be subject to infringement. [[/red underlined]] Dodson says 50/50/. Of course both are naturally conservative. If they were of the kind of those "ambulance chasers" like patent attorneys [[strikethrough]] they would [[/strikethrough]] who are always hungry for a job they would be less conservative [[strikethrough]] because there [[/strikethrough]] as they are now [[red underlined]] they have nothing to gain by being too optimistic. [[/red underlined]]. Evening [[strikethrough]] who [[/strikethrough]] went to [[red underlined]] Dr. Andrews [[red underlined]] to receive treatment for that small [[red underlined]] wart [[/red underlined]] on my [[strikethrough]] cheec [[/strikethrough]] cheek and [[red underlined]] which in about a month [[/red underlined]] since my first treatment has now developed to a rather flat white [[red underlined]] thin skin ready to drop [[/red underlined]] He removed that skin easily, then gave me 4 minutes X ray treatment thinks this with perhaps a third treat
