Rossi. Sanford Brown, Redman, Wieth and Holmgren present. Holmgren presented the subject which had already been discussed and approved by them. The [[underlined in red]] pension age is 65. [[/underlined in red]] Contributions are made part by us and are proportionate to their salaries The pension at 65 is about [[underlined in red]] 50% [[/underlined in red]] of [[underlined in red]] their annual salaries [[/underlined in red]] or wages. If they leave service for some reason or another or be discharged they draw out the accrued sums due to them just as if they had put them in a savings bank.
Insurance companies take care of all this. - If we agree to enter now, Bakelite Corporation [[underlined in red]] shall have to start making a payment [[/underlined in red]] of [[underlined in red]] 210000$. [[/underlined in red]] - I am in favor of it and told them to prepare accordingly.
At same time a further program was brought out letting all participate in certain proportions according to respective salaries
