[[underlined]] Feb 8. [[/underlined]] Celine [[strikethrough]] arrived 2:25 P.M. at Atlantic Coast air line [[/strikethrough]] [[underline in red]] left [[/underline in red]] N.Y. today [[underline in red]] by Atlantic Coast air line[[/underline in red]] at 10:30 AM.
[[underlined]] Feb 9 [[/underlined]] (Saturday) [[underline in red]] Celine [[/underline in red]] arrived Miami Station 2:25 P.M in good health. Warm pleasant weather. Brought a number of her [[underline in red]] framed paintings with her to exhibit here [[/underline in red]]
[[underlined]] Feb 10 [[/underlined]] (Sunday). Beautiful day and no visitors
[[underlined]] Feb 11 - Feb 12. [[/underlined]] Today is [[underline in red]] Lincoln Day and Columbia University [[/underline in red]] Day. Speeches broadcast from New York at annual [[underline in red]] dinner of alumni in New York [[/underline in red]]. There are at present about 60000 Columbia alumni living in different parts of the globe 
20 medals were given to alumni who have specially distinguished themselves in furthering the aims of their Alma Mater and who have graduated since 1885. Frieda arrived 5 P.M. by boat who was 9 hours late on account of weather. This puts an end to our own cooking.

Shall try her tomorrow afternoon

[[underlined]] Feb 14 [[/underlined]] This morning went again to [[underlined in red]]Irving Thomas [[/underlined in red]] office to have his signature and that of Pierce, and Napier to a codicil to my will, superseding the one signed on Feb. 1 and which I judged defective, therefore destroyed it to date after signing the latest codicil of today. Afternoon 1 P.M. - Beautiful weather. Left 1 P.M. with Ion. Murray and William with me to try boat and engine etc.

Passed thru [[underlined in red]] Bear Cut[[/underlined in red]] into the Ocean to have full opportunity to pitching and rolling in the ocean waves, whipped by a [[strikethrough]] brit[[/strikethrough]] brisk SE., then entered Biscayne Bay by means of Steamboat Channel. [[underlined in red]] Boat and engine behaved excellently [[/underlined in red]] The cross timbers near the stern hull, which Wirth Munroe put in have strengthened the boat considerably.
Arrived in our harbor at 4:45 P.M. Excellent trip, everything perfect.
