[[/underlined in red]] Wrote them immediately had never it well in advance of April 1 to [[underlined in red]] Lummus Jr. Tax Assessor [[/underlined in red]] of Dade County - in Miami. Wrote also to the latter who probably failed to forward it to Tallahassee.

B. [[/underlined in red]] for purchase of various stocks [[underlined in red]] not to exceed $80000. in [[/underlined in red]] all.

[[underlined in red]] Still several large yachts at anchor [[/underlined in red]] but whole [[underlined in red]] waterfront [[/underlined in red]] of Park seems very [[underlined in red]] quiet. [[/underlined in red]] A Chinese-built small schooner yacht "Kay-loong" tied on the Yacht wharf. - Seems well built and has as figure-head

[[/strikethrough]] G. M. P. [[underlined in red]] Murphy & Co [[/underlined in red]] for payment for stocks purchased by them for me today. Am rather astonished that they should have bought so much first day after my list of stocks reached them.
Specially because newspapers show few declines and many advances on todays Exchange reports. - As it is too late anyhow will mail my check tomorrow to George's office so that he can deliver it to Murphy monday
