[[red underline]] realise more than ever, [[/red underline]] that to be at [[red underline]] the head of Bakelite [[/red underline]] enterprises [[strikethrough]] where [[/strikethrough]] he is incomparably more independent [[/red underline]] than joining another company however larger where he will lose his independence and be at the mercy of those who run it and have to be associated by men he may not like, or do things contrary to what he thinks right and proper.

[[red underline]] I feel very elated to see his attitude. [[/red underline]] There is another element which I take into consideration.
