Told George to imagine 10% of voting stock would give us about the same standing in the merger as I would have in Bakelite if I only had 10% of Bakelite stock. The death of one of the directors or some other incident bringing in undesirable partners, [[red underline]] might throw us in very [[strikethrough]] dis [[/strikethrough]] unfavorable conditions. [[/red underline]] - At least [[red underline]] in present Bakelite conditions we were bossed by nobody but our conscience [[/red underline]] and feeling of equity and our present liquid financial condition was a safeguard

[[/underline]] Interview with Dr. Schmidt and Brannon, and Dr. Redman at office discussing various samples of cast Bakelite, using process described 1916 by [[red underline]] Bruhat in his French patent [[/red underline]] The tests were made on commercial products in Bound Brook and some produced at mfg amounts of [[red underline]] 400 lbs. [[/red underline]]

Results discussed in relation to Catalin patents and prior art. Results are very satisfactory it being demonstrated that following the [[red underline]] Bruhat [[/red underline]] directors we can produce with paraform products as good as any with the catalin patents. [[red underline]] Brannon [[/red underline]] besides smaller finished objects brought large rods and tubes and plates etc. of white, transparent, or colored with dyes or pigments
