But Redman said the priority of conception and reduction to practice, dates back much beyond Pollacks priority. Afterwards when Schmidt brought his note book, We found that his conception, reduction to practice [[red underline]] dated back almost 2 years before Pollak [[/red underline]] application in Vienna.
Later on [[red underline]] Whitaker [[/red underline]] came here to make some [[red underline]] readjustments in our license Urea license [[/red underline]] from Cyanamid Co in relation to the Carlton Ellis complication of patent situation. Referred him to Rossi & George.
