[[/underlined]] Also reports slight enlargement of Prostate gland, which can be corrected by moderate massage. Gave me a copy of elaborate report dated Dec. 30.  Also prescribes capsules of [[underlined]] Iron-Ammonium citrate. [[/underlined]] Two after each meal. Heart sounds normal in position percussion and palpation normal.  Pulse, good volume rate resting 78
Blood pressure; Systolic 180 diastolic 78
Urine normal. No red blood cells. No white blood cells. No casts
