Dec. 9 The Pram is packed in a crate and delivered to the "Clyde Line", which I am told will take it to Miami in about 2 days: Sent a letter by special delivery to notify Andrew Murray. Yesterday inspected our Bakelite offices of Union Carbide. - Brown took me around. Everything well arranged and all of our employes seem happy and satisfied with their new installation. This pleases me very much. Bought a ticket for fast train for Florida (Diesel engines) for December 27-[[red underline]] 1:20 P.M [[/red underline]] Train supposed to reach Miami [[strikethrough]] next day [[/strikethrough]] on Dec. 28 - 3:35 P.M Had to take a full compartment. [[strikethrough]] [[illegible]] [[/strikethrough]] Received a letter from Brooks that he will arrive for Xmas and stay at Snug Rock for a few days; which pleases us much.
