Went to Guaranty Trust Co for $50.00. Commencement excerises of Columbia. Met many friends at The Reunion Hall. A pleasure to see them. - Weather perfect and every seat occupied. Dr. Butler as usually made an excellent speech. - Excellent music. - then meeting and supper at the Dean of Engineering's in open air. - Dick to drive me home where I find that Celine's condition has [[strikethrough]] conti [[/strikethrough]] brought very considerable betterment. On evening had the unexpected visit of Dickie and her husband, on their way to their home in Connecticut and had dinner with us. Cheerful meeting.
