Met Holmgren who tells me that the Pencil Co of which George and others wanted to separate from Bakelite at [[strikethrough]] during [[/strikethrough]] the exchange and consolidation of Bakelite and Union Carbide is doing excellent and much increased business to the point that Bakelite earned thus an additional large part at the end of the year and is progressing steadily. - So George and some other men of Carbide were 100% wrong These pencils and similar [[strikethrough]] products a [[/strikethrough]] articles are much sought after and sell well and are better than ever.
