[[underlined]] Aug 25 [[/underlined]] (Sunday) With Dick drove to the Yacht Club on the sound. - Where I was formerly a member. Met many old friends, who treated me very generously. - Many had their wife and children with them for swimming. - Others were out with their boats.

Dick drove me to the office. Miss Bidwell was there as usually I also met one of Brown's boys (The Tall one) who tells me what was told me before that we are way behind in unfilled orders notwithstanding all the concentrated labor and developments we are carrying out.
