Dear Miss Fonda:
     Thank you for your letter of October 5 and the invitation to have a showing of my photo-sculpture at Hood College. 
You ask for dates saying that January 30 to February 13 . would be a very good date for you. So let us fix this date. I tentatively would say there/is a chance to make a talk to the students during the show. As we have examination period here from February 1 to 10 I then could leave easier than at other times of year. 
Would Hood College bear the expenses for the trip?
