Although the territory listed on the label is Vaup?. I'm aware that in 1963 the Department of Guain? was split off from the Department of Vaup? department. Also I've searched Rio Guainia and this is the columbian name for Rio Negro. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rio_Negro_(Amazon) which beings in the Department of Guainia. I've also searched Isla del Venado which is found in the department of Guain?. Therefore I've amended the territory to give what I believe is the current territory location for this specimen. -@siobhanleachman
