The Story of Our Growth

Commensurate with the growth of the business of Poro College has been its building growth. From the extremely small quarters in Lovejoy, shown in the initial cut, to the great buildings now at St. Ferdinand and Pendleton, is told a story of steady and substantial growth. Everywhere in these improvements can be seen the splendid conceptions of the founder of this great business - strength, elegance in design, and provision for comfort. Mr. and Mrs. Malone live in their business home and yet their quarters cause no slight in the requirements of their working force. The comforts they have are shared by all their employees and guests, for in the erection of these buildings there was no selfish design, but instead an idea of service - a service that extends to employees, agents and the public.
