Loci worked were.

[[circled]] 3 [[/circled]] Railway cutting 1/2 mile N. of where Carlow line joins Waterford line.

[[circled]] 5 [[/circled]] A primrose - covered bank in field east of railway : very hot spot! 
[[underlined]] Myrmica ruginodis [[/underlined]] Common.

[[underlined]] Lasius niger [[/underlined]] & [[underlined]] flavus [[/underlined]]. Both common. No other ants seen! No [[underlined]] F. fusca [[/underlined]] !!

[[underlined]] Halictus rubicundus [[/underlined]] At 2 & 3. [[2 female symbols]] of course!
