picistagina is a guess, but I can't find anything close to it in the genus Colletes. @siobhanleachman - I think its Colletes picistigma see http://osuc.biosci.ohio-state.edu/hymDB/nomenclator.name_entry?text_entry=Colletes+picistigma I google or use eol.org to check species names.
