[[underlined]] Andrena nigroaenea [[/underlined]] (no parasites seen!)
[[underlined]] A. sericea [[/underlined]] 1 [[male symbol]] on willow on road above Puck's Br.

Dolerus nigratus [[insertion]] (3 [[2 male symbols]] 2 [[2 female symbols]]) [[/insertion]] [[checkmark]] RCLP. 3 on grass on cliffs 1 1/2 miles N. of Arklow.
[[strikethrough]] " [[/strikethrough]] 1 in marsh by stream 2 miles N. of A.
[[strikethrough]] " [[/strikethrough]] 1 in marsh beyond [[insertion]] (N of ) [[/insertion]] Puck's Bridge, inland of road.

Ichneumonidae along road 1 count
2 spp. Tryphoniae.

28th April 1927. Dull & cold
Didn't stop sunny home to collect! But saw [[virgin female symbol]] [[underlined]] Bombus lucorum [[/underlined]] on Cabbage in garden at Mayfield, Du. in afternoon!

Sunday, 1st May 1927.  A dull day with cold wind: hardly any insects out.
Walked from Greystones to Enniskerry, via S. side of Little Sugarloaf, [[strikethrough]] Dargle [[/underlined]] Kilmacanoge & Dargle, Co. WI.
[[underlined]] Bombus lucorum, terrestris [[/underlined]] (2) [[underlined]] agrorum [[/underlined]] hortorum (1, small), [[underlined]] deshamellus [[/underlined]] (1) [[2 female symbols]].
[[underlined]] Vespa vulgaris [[/underlined ]] 1 [[female symbol]].
[[underlined]] Andrena jacobi [[/underlined]] 1 [[male symbol]] 1 [[female symbol]]
[[underlined]] A. nigroaenea [[/underlined]] 1 [[male symbol]]
[[underlined]] A. gwynana [[/underlined]] 1 fresh [[female symbol]] on Taraxaum at Jameson's corner!
Heard Cuckoo at Kilmaeanoge : saw Chestnut, Sycamores, Woodruff, Cow Parsnip, Lady's mantle (in Dargle), Hawthorn (an old tree N. side of Dargle above sandpit) in flower.
Not an ick. or sawfly seen!
