No sign of males, through ? male & 1 female taken in same place on 7.7.27.

15th June 1928. A windy day (NW) with heavy showers & sunny intervals. Labelled [[underlined]] "Boyne Aqdt." [[/underlined]]
Drove Miss Pounder to Rathmurray House, Hill of Down on the Boyne in Co. Meath [[strikethrough]] [[?]] [[/strikethrough]] & had an hours collecting near May Valley, close to where R. Canal & Ry. cross Boyne; but showers spoiled the collecting & only [[underlined]] Bombus agrorum [[/underlined]] [[2 female symbols]] seen &  a few icks. collected.

[[underlined]] Tomostethus dubris [[/underlined]] var. [[underlined]] micans [[/underlined]] [[checkmark]] RCLP. Taken on grass near upper lodge!

Ichneumon like [[underlined]] Ischnocereus [[/underlined]] [[female symbol]] also taken on grass or Lugala in glen many other small ick & several Braconids.

Sent R.C.L.P. larva of sawflies from birch willow & oak. [[circled]] [[underlined]] Phyllotoma [[/underlined]] (? [[underlined]] nemorata [[/underlined]]) in [[minas?]] on birch leaves below where we leave motor! [[/circled]] [[insertion]] These proved to be Coleopterus larvae! R.C.L.P.
