16 & 17. [[male symbol]] & [[female symbol]]. I cannot make these fit anything; but they seem distinct from anything I have. Its [[2 male symbols]] are not uncommon but I have only taken 2 [[2 female symbols]].
Probably similis Bridg. (clypeus densely pubescent!)

18 & 19. [[male symbol]] & [[female symbol]] Seem to fit [[underlined]] biforeolata ! [[/underlined]] Very common.
Right, but var. with coxa [[male symbol]] [[female symbol]] black.
20. 1 [[male symbol]] (rather mutilated). Johnson named this [[underlined]] filicornis [[/underlined]], but I am more than doubtful if it fits that species!
Either similis or filicornis, but impossible to discern in a [[male symbol]].
21 & 22. [[male symbol]] & [[female symbol]]. Runs to [[underlined]] longicauda [[/underlined]] Htg. I have numerous [[2 male symbols]] & 2 or 3 [[2 female symbols]].
[[checkmark]] Wanted. A.Rm.
Probably right, but is only a form of bifoveolata (antennae!).
23 & 24. [[male symbol]] & [[female symbol]] Runs to [[underlined]] haesitator [[/underlined]] Grav., but costulae in [[female symbol]] seem fairly well marked. Common.
Is parvicaudata Bridg. (= crassitarsis Thu, both described 1889).
25. 1 [[female symbol]]. Runs to [[underlined]] nigricornis [[/underlined]] (?). I have another [[female symbol]]!
Right. Have found [[male symbol]] [[female symbol]] at Upsala on umbelliferous flowers.
26. 1 [[female symbol]] Runs to [[underlined]] varicoxa [[/underlined]] [[strikethrough]] Grav. [[/strikethrough]] Thoms (or ? pedata Desv.). The only specimen I have seen.
Right. A [[female symbol]] from Upsala has purer white on hind legs.
27 & 28. [[male symbol]] & [[female symbol]]. Run, with much doubt, to [[underlined]] tenuitarsus [[/underlined]] Thoms. This is a common species in the mountains at 1,000 to 2,000 ft. above sea-level, amongst [[underlined]] Calluna vulgaris [[/underlined]] &c.
Is parvicaudata.
