Reviewer 1 notes: (1) Changed all Item # transcribed entries to add the asterisk at beginning of each; (2) changed letter "O" to "C" for the last item #; (3) changed all Change Date transcribed entries to follow mm-dd-yyyy format guidelines; (4) changed a couple Change Reason transcribed entries on unit weights to reflect actual records which don't go to 2 decimals (even though that's what we're asked to do in Unit Wt column, instructions I see today are to transcribe Change Reason "as closely as possible") ~LaurieB
